  1. Calcium!!! Don’t you dare forget it. By eating fish and tuna we give ourselves a nice amount of healthy vitamins. I agree on those four and you should’ve added a few more of the elements like Calcium. It helps thickening our bones and is found in milk. Definitely the best way to increase vitamins is to eat more healthy foods, but if you don’t have time to prepare them, meds also work. Thanks for an amazing article.
